Italian Patent and Trademark Attorney, Professional Representative in Community Design and Trademark matters before the EUIPO.Andrea Castaldo graduated in Management Engineering from the Polytechnic of Turin and is a licensed engineer who has also served as expert in the economic evaluation of patents and trademarks. He is a Member of the "Manager Engineers" Board of the Engineers Association in Turin and a Lecturer in the 2nd Degree Master for Biotechnology Rights at the LIUC University. He lectures on Intellectual Property matters at Bicocca University in Milan - Biotechnology School, and Ordine degli Ingegneri della Provincia di Torino, Polytechnic of Turin. Roberto Nani

Doctor in Engineering. Technical Consultant for the Bergamo Court. Graduated in Mechanical Engineering at the Politecnico of Milan. Search Doctor in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Padua with a thesis about analysing the state of the art and systematic innovation methods.He provides consultancy in the field of innovation for defining new products and processes.Expert in structural computation and solid modelling.He worked as teache in the II Level University Master in Biotechnology Law at the LIUC University and in the P.I. Operating Master and Fight against counterfeiting (MOPI).

Marilena Garis

Graduated in Law with transnational specialization at the University of Turin, she has been Assistant Lecturer in the same University on Industrial Law (Degree Course in Economics) and on Intellectual Property Law (Degree Course in Communication Sciences). Italian Trademark Attorney, Professional Representative before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), she has been practicing Industrial Property since 2001 and has worked in leading national IP firms. She represents and provides strategic advice on Industrial Property to Italian and foreign clients, coordinates protection activities of worldwide trademark portfolios, oppositions, invalidation and revocation actions, negotiation of agreements. She has established strong professional relationships with lawyers and IP consultants worldwide and holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Law. Member of the Executive Committee and International Delegate of LES Italia, Member of AIPPI - Italian Group, she speaks fluent English and French, with knowledge of German. She regularly holds lectures on Industrial and Intellectual Property matters and has been contributor of IP law journals and IP databases such as Il Diritto Industriale, SPRINT Sistema Proprietà Intellettuale, Italia Oggi, Managing Intellectual Property, World Trademark Review, LES International, Il Sole 24 Ore.

Gian Antonio Pancot

Gian Antonio Pancot has forty years of experience in the field of Intellectual Property, where he began to operate in July 1978. From 1980 to 1993 he held the position of Managing Director and CEO of one of the major Italian professional firms operating in the IP sector. Subsequently called to Rome, he carried out his work within another primary consultancy IP firm until the end of 2006, when he joined as Chief Executive Officer a world leader group operating in the field of Research & Development (R&D), in the assistance and management of Intellectual Property Rights and more particularly in the economic exploitation of patents’ rights. Before joining A.BRE.MAR. IP firm Gian Antonio Pancot has been President and Managing Director of another Italian professional firm operating in the IP sector. He recently joined A.BRE.MAR. in order to share his specific skills in the IP field and also his extensive experience gained by working in contact with leading companies holding patents and trademarks at international level, thus ensuring an important contribution to the improvement of the activities and services provided by the firm. Italian Patent and Trademark Attorney, Professional Representative in Community Design and Trademark matters before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). He currently holds the position of Vice President of LES Italia, Member of the Executive Committee of AIPPI - Italian Group and also Member of several other associations operating in the IP field, such as FICPI, AICIPI, LIGUE, ECTA and others.
